Nature art walks are 1-2 hour events designed to get you outdoors and take in nature through all the senses. This method helps to relieve stress and foster deeper bonds with nature. 
Depending on the group size, we can split up into pairs or stay together. Our assignment is to collect objects in the forest. After a set amount of time, we put our objects together to form an art piece. The activity concludes with a circle of sharing and collective learning. 
Optional: Bring an empty bag to picking up some trash along the way. Healing the forest is a healing experience too.
Other themes include color palette, creative visualization, and concentric circles.
