In this two-session (4-hour) indoor workshop, learn techniques with your camera to creatively capture the beauty of flowers. Using table-top setups, we will explore depth of field, lighting, reflectors, background, manual focusing, composition, viewpoints, and cropping to produce photographs suitable for framing or gift-giving.
This workshop is designed for all-levels. Each 2-hour session starts with a visual presentation followed by lab time with two instructors. A DSLR or mirrorless camera, the camera manual, tripod, and a 60-100mm macro lens is suggested. Software editing is not the focus of this class though we will discuss phone apps as an optional finishing process.
